- Modular Nature & Classification: AeroPod units are engineered as transportable, modular architectural structures mounted on heavy-duty chassis certified under California DMV non-permanent mobile regulations or CBC Section 105.2 accessory frameworks. AeroPod does not sell on-site real property; all units are prefabricated personal property delivered turnkey.
- Pricing & Quotations: All published base prices are FOB facility unless explicitly structured with promotional California delivery. On-site commissioning fees, crane rentals beyond standard reach, and specialized foundation requirements are billed separately upon site assessment.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States.
